Ep. 102: Rock Bottom

In Season 3, I share poetry that came to me during my healing process. Each poem helped me understand the complex emotions and life change I was facing. Today’s poem, “Rock Bottom,” speaks to building awareness around the archetype driving the way we live and how the divorce provides a lesson that breaks this futile belief system.
